I went for 10 years without getting food poisoning or stomach flu. 10 years!!! Then, I had my second child. And he would eat anything from any place, anytime. Anytime he got it, I would get it too. I got sick 3 times in about the span of three months - gas, diarrhea and vomiting. Yucky!
That was it, I had enough!
I was determined to try what I could next time the situation arose. I did some research online and decided on a few different techniques to try, but the first one has worked so far for me.
The next time my son showed signs of stomach upset, I went and mixed a tablespoon of acv (apple cider vinegar) and half a teaspoon of baking soda together. I mixed it up in one cup of water and drank it down. (The baking soda takes away the acv bite.)
And it worked! And has worked ever since.
If it ever doesn't, I plan to use activated charcoal. It was next on my list and takes the "offending virus" on out of your system.
