Necessities For Your Covid Recovery Kit - Natural Covid Remedies

Well, we caught Covid. It was a cold to us but also had some fun additional benefits such as nausea and diarrhea. Yuck! Suck! Duck!


While I am NOT A DOCTOR (duh) this is what helped me:


Silver Shield: 1 teaspoon once a day (you could probably take it more but once a day is what I took). POSSIBLY HELPED.


Apple Cider Vinegar: 2 tablespoons in 16 ounces of water. After 20 minutes or so I felt much improved. Every time. DEFINITELY HELPED.





Honey: Every day. 1 tablespoon, 3 x a day. DEFINITELY HELPED.


Activated charcoal: Won't make you feel any better but will get rid of the runs. DEFINITELY HELPED.


Lemon water: Half a lemon squeezed in 8 ounces of water. Made me feel improved. So DEFINITELY HELPED.


Ginger tea: MAYBE HELPED


Did not use:

Personal steam inhaler & saline solution & echinacea (bought to use together in case we had trouble breathing).


Kids: I also gave the kid's vitamin C gummies and elderberry gummies. Plus for their cough, in desperation, I cut up half an onion every night by their bed. Worked!


If you have trouble breathing call 911. Duh.
