Click here. and enter "Coaching Academy of North America Inc." under "Organization Name" at the bottom.
Upon completion of our programs (specifically the Become a Life Coach program) you will have the hours needed to apply for your Associate Coach Certification through the ICF.
Your application to the ICF also requires a certain amount of coaching hours which you will be able to attain by coaching others within the program and outside of it (we show you how).
This program also has the 40 hours required to renew your ICF certification as well.
FAQ
Do I need to become an ICF coach?
No. Upon completion of any of our programs you will be a certified coach and able to begin coaching others immediately.
What is the difference between the self study coach training program and the live version?
The curriculum is 100% the same. The only difference is that through the self study you will not have your coach-specific training hours needed to apply for your ACC designation with the ICF (you will still be a certified coach though).
Can I try the self study and upgrade later if I decide to go through the ICF?
The cost for both programs is the same. When you register for any of our programs you will be asked whether you would like the live version or the recorded version. The live tele-class version is what you need to take if you want hours for your ICF accreditation.
What do you mean by "live version"?
By live tele-class we mean that every week at your scheduled class time you phone into a conference call and follow along with notes that you have printed out beforehand (sent by email that week).
For the self study version, you listen into your tele-classes by downloading them to your computer.
am a busy mom, what if I miss a class? Will I still get ICF hours?
Yes. The calls are pre-recorded and you are able to listen in. But, this can only happen a few times as attendance is taken for your official transcript upon graduation.
